Cricklade Town Festival - Classic Motorcycle Rally

Good news folks! After a temporary glitch last year, we are pleased to say that the Cricklade Classic Motorcycle Rally is back on for 2009! It was a shame that we had to miss a year, but cirumstances were such that it was inevitable.

When is it?

So it's back. And as usual, it is on Father's Day, Sunday June 21st 2009. It starts at 11am and runs through to 4pm.

Where is it?

The location has moved slightly. This year, it will be hosted by Elliott's Motorcycles in Cricklade, Wiltshire. You can find their website at www.elliottmc.co.uk. If you want to see a map then check here.... - although we will make sure that there are plenty of signs to guide you into Cricklade. And if you don't know where Cricklade is, it's on the A419 just to the north of Swindon, Wiltshire.

What is it?

The Cricklade Rally is a relaxed informal event aimed at giving us enthusiasts a chance to show off our machines and relax for a few hours..... It forms part of a fantastic day of entertainment which you can find out about bu going back to the homepage of this site. There are no entrance criteria, everyone will be made welcome - although if space becomes limited we may ask owners of newer bikes to make some space for the classics. You don't need to register, although it is always nice to know if you are planning to come so that we can plan for numbers. There is no charge to attend, although there is everychance that you may be approached by a rattling bucket at some point during the day! Refreshments and entertainment will be on throughout the day - and if you are happy to walk 100 yards down the road you will find yourself in the thick of the High Street where much of the Cricklade Town Festival takes place.
